So I have actually been swimming for triathlon now for around 4 years. I have actually adjusted my swimming to use a much more relaxed effort like Total Immersion Swimming recommends. I took a master swimming course for a few weeks and the trainer stated things like "you more than turning" and "kick a lot more." I adjusted to exactly what she stated and saw my times feel better. I took off from swimming throughout a number of actions and searching for a pool. I did not swimming very much in 2012 and 2013. I did contend in 2014 and seemed like my swimming times were fine, yet not magnificent. I started this offseason trying to enhance my swimming along with a more difficult offseason plan for running and cycling in prep work for my initial Ultra/Ironman distance race in October 2015.
