It started in 1966 when a Philadelphia newspaper ran a tale describing what the Cops Department named the day, after the groups and also traffic congestion, shut out the streets, at the shops in the town. The Cops Department called the day, "Black Friday". That would certainly be nothing compared with what the police have to manage today. I am quite understanding to them, and also I think they do a fantastic job in general.
