Whiplash is often a neck condition that may be brought on by a sudden movement of your head, usually brought on by an accident of some sort. The head can be jerked backward, forward, or sideways simply because of a sudden jolting of your rest of your body. Sorts of accidents that often lead to whiplash include automobile accidents and sports injuries, but you can find other strategies in which the neck can be moved suddenly and violently.
